The company has been operating from Denia since 1996, originally specializing in reforming derelict town houses or purchasing ruins and rebuilding.  From those modest beginnings, over the years, the company grew on its reputation and its “word of mouth” recommendations from satisfied customers.

The modern company has a broad range of services to offer from repairs and extensions for private clients to construction of apartment blocks or multiple unit builds for national or international promotions companies, and operates from Valencia to Alicante.

The core of the workforce is our “Officiales”, who are on permanent contract, each of whom can, when heavy workload demands, control a team of four or five workers each.  This system permits a rapid increase in the work force for a set period whilst maintaining on site quality control when multiple sites are being worked.

Contracts can be negotiated for “Green field to Key” where Mercurio Construction will control, on the customer’s behalf, all aspects of plans, permissions, construction, landscaping and gardens.  At the other end of the scale the company can contract for specific parts of construction based on square metres completed or even on a manpower only contract where the client supplies materials and the contract is based on square metres completed.

For many years we have operated a special workgroup within the company to construct, reform or revitalize swimming pools of all shapes and sizes and once again the contracted work can be for whole build or, for example, coronation or tiling only.

Our administration staff speak Spanish and English and are available from 09:00 until 13:00 each working day.
